Anwar fails to disqualify judge in sodomy trialDatuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim failed Monday to disqualify Justice Mohd Zabidin Mohd Diah from presiding in the sodomy trial on grounds there was no real danger of bias. The court fixed Jan 21 for mention pending Anwar's appeal against the decision.
