Keep BN state seats Kerdau


TEMERLOH, March 6 (Bernama) - Barisan Nasional (BN) managed to retain seat Legislative Assembly (DUN) Kerdau the candidate Syed Ibrahim Syed Ahmad Salim Hassanuddin defeated PAS candidate with a majority of 2.724 votes.

The majority of the available Syed Ibrahim, 44, rose against the majority obtained late Datuk Abu Kassim Zaharuddin the 2008 general election.

Defeat Hassanuddin, 43, who is also Chief of PAS Pahang, is the third time after his defeat in the general election defeat in 2004 (when it Sanggang DUN) and the 2008 general election.

He said the first thing that will be taken seriously is the welfare and daily needs of the population is substantially less in Kerdau.

"Many residents who live in deprived and their welfare should be seen and be heard, I will serve them in all stages after this," he said.
