Dun Lim Guan Eng menikmati parking free di line kuning

This pic taken just outside Lim Guan Eng's DAP center. This junction is at Air Putih, past few years, irresponsible drivers parked at the junction while having their dinners, after failing to solve the problem, Guan Eng the Genius came up with a bright idea i.e. widen the road to abet the irresponsible drivers, at the expense of pedestrians....Why don't Guan Eng use the WHEEL CLAMP?
