They got an "E" grade for governance from the NGO CHANT which had previously given them a "A" grade initially when DAP first took over.
CHANT says there accountability and transparency does not exist while there are too many suspicious deals now.
Penang certainly needs much stronger opposition in the State Govt to make sure DAP does not get arrogant and do whatever they fancy including getting themselves into mega-billion projects that can end up costing the Penang people RM20.5 billion in negative impact.
