I AM concerned over the problem of drivers using their mobile phone and smoking while driving. It is still rampant, probably due to lack of enforcement by the authorities.
I have seen drivers negotiating corners while chatting on their mobile. It is a stunt which could turn into a tragedy.
Motorists who smoke while driving use only one hand to control the steering wheel while the other hand is sticking out of the window holding a cigarette, flicking the ash with every puff.
Both these actions are dangerous.
