4 April 2010 angka 7.2 magnitude melanda Baja California Mexico , Kaoshiung Taiwan dan juga kepulauan Solomon. Solomon sebelum ini menerima gempa dengan skala 7.1 magnitude pada 3 Januari 2010.
11 Mac 2010 Chile juga digegarakan dengan angka yang sama tetapi ada laporan menyatakan skala di Chile ialah 8.8.
22 Mac 2010 daerah Ningjin China juga menerima angka yang sama.

Magnitude 7.2 quake rocks Aceh
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - A magnitude 7.2 earthquake rocked Meulaboh in Indonesia`s western most province of Aceh on Sunday afternoon.
The epicenter of the quake which struck at 12.59 western Indonesian time was in the sea 66 km southwest of Meulaboh at a depth of 30 km, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said in its official website.
The quake had the potential to trigger a tsunami, the agency said.
There was no immediate report of casualties or material damage.
