BALING, Oct 30 (Bernama) -- Six secondary school students and an ustaz who were killed in a tour bus crash at KM38 Genting Sempah near Kuala Lumpur last night, were buried in a single grave at their hometown today.
They were Mohammad Amirul Mohamat Isa, 13, Mohamad Khairy Mohamad Marzali, 14, Mohamad Yussof Akhil, 16, Mohamed Firdaus Rosedi, 16, Mohd Fahmi Mustaffa, 17, and Mohd Ridzuan Husin, 17, and ustaz Mohd Zaidi Mohd Sufian, 28.
The seven were buried at the Kampung Baru Muslim cemetery here.
Their bodies arrived from Kuala Lumpur in seven hearses at the Al-Falah Mosque in Kampung Pokok Setol, Siong at 2.20pm.
Among those who paid their last respects to the victims were Kedah Umno liaison committee deputy chairman Datuk Paduka Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah, Bayu assemblyman Azmi Che Husain and Malaysian 4B Alumni Association secretary Datuk Wira Jamaluddin Abd Rahim.
In the 7.50pm crash, the bus carrying 44 members of Kampung Siong 4B Youth, skidded and overturned while descending Genting Highlands.Al-Fatihah
