PLUS owns the toll-gates at Batu Tiga, Sungai Rasau and Bukit Kayu Hitam tolls.
PLUS was also in the process of taking over the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) toll in Johor from MRCB (which EPF is the biggest shareholder in).
PLUS is 51% owned by Khazanah and 49% owned by EPF.
So if any pampasan is paid then it will be paid by the govt to the govt (Khazanah) and EPF.

I don't understand why Pakatan is angry at people no longer paying tolls for certain tolls. Why you angry?
