1. Recently Pakatan Harapan (PH) Top Dog Dr. Mahathir Mohamad had issued a statement saying that PH parties DAP, PKR, PAN and now the defunct PPBM will be using only one (1) logo for the coming General Election (GE). This effectively demonstrate that Dr. Mahathir is the one who decides what logo to be used.
2. Taking this into consideration. It is safe to say that DAP had pawned their very own rocket logo to Dr. Mahathir and allowed Dr. Mahathir the power to dictate how DAP runs its election campaign. Because of Dr. Mahathir, DAP can't even use their own logo and this has upset many of DAP members and supporters.
3. In fact, due to various scandals in DAP such as the mother of all scandals in Penang, where the Lim Guan Eng has been charged in court, the tunnel multi billion dollar scandal, floods and landslides the DAP rocket logo is now tainted, corrupted and "dirty" in the eyes of the voters. People do not trust the rocket logo anymore and because of this if DAP were to contest using the rocket logo they will lose badly.
4. In summary, it has been proven that DAP has pawned their rocket logo to Dr. Mahathir and also it is very clear that due to all the scandals in Penang, the DAP rocket logo is now tainted, corrupted and "dirty" .
